Kipany was challenged to create incremental revenue opportunities via the clients billing inbound queue. By implementing an inbound customer service program, where agents were cross-trained to handle additional responsibilities (i.e. tech support, financial services), we improved customer experience while reducing operational expenses.
Our client needed to increase product penetration by way of a Voice Channel, using Kipany-sourced leads. We leveraged a distributed call center network, managing all lead sources, a “cancel callback” program and a win-back program targeting inactive households. The program was executed in English and Spanish and it includes other multicultural segments.
Tasked with exceeding the target objective of acquired new subscribers, while staying within the target acquisition cost, Kipany set out to run media flights coinciding with staggered season premieres. We increased brand and show visibility by way of an aggressive online campaign, using both display and social media.
Our Client’s personal insurance market segment was stagnant, and in desperate need of engagement and independent agent loyalty. Kipany differentiated messaging via our proprietary agent tool and integrated a strategy to stimulate usage, including an electronic kit, podcasts, outbound marketing and more.
